@se7en decentralization is better than centraliztion, that's why public schools always teach the opposite. the more decentralized things are, the greater chance a non-crook will accede to positition not so much of power as example. when you have one-point control, it's 99.9% going to be someone like a biden or clinton - an essentially amoral criminal. good people dont go into politics becaues it's subintellectual, disgusting and in essence criminal activity.
