@nerdman He's actually pretty dissatisfied with the UN and he has openly said that it needs to be replaced with an actual world government.

He's just using the same tactic the Rockefellers used which is to bribe governments in the name of philanthropy. Which results in more restricted markets and an increase of global cooperation.
