@Lady_Euromutt @ArdainianRight @xianc78 @RustyCrab >There has never been an instance, at least available in any scientific literature, of someone getting sick from culturing bacteria and then administering them to an individual all alone in the absence of any other ingredients and then getting sick from that.
That's literally what the above is. You're just being stubborn. Barry Marshall tested it ON HIMSELF to bypass incredibly strict medical ethics for testing things on humans (ironic considering where we are today).

i mdon't want nfts in games either but your games are already fucked from microtransactions so it's not like you won

@Resident_Evil Cities designed with everything you need is within 15 minutes. Sounds good at first but then you realize that they will make it so that you won't be able to leave that 15 minute circle.

@Mackiavelli13 @ArdainianRight @ChristiJunior @hachi @rasterman @Dan_Hulson @graf @lunarfox @curiousthinker @dj As a Croat though, what is your opinion on Liberland? It's a micronation being formed on a no-man's land (piece of land not owned by any country) between Croatia and Serbia.

@Lady_Euromutt @ArdainianRight @xianc78 @RustyCrab Why do elevated levels of bacteria, which can be cultured and viewed with even a child's toy microscope, exist within infected wounds? We have such a good understanding of bacterial structure and characteristics that we have specific dyes which will show specific types and help to determine treatment options. Hans Christian Gram developed the Gram Staining method in the 1800s, which is often actually the first thing used to quickly determine the type of bacteria before developing a treatment protocol. We know a lot about bacteria and how they propagate and how to treat them. We know some disease is caused by the things smaller than bacteria, because we can't see them but we can predictably replicate them through fluid transfers.

@Lady_Euromutt @ArdainianRight @xianc78 @RustyCrab Let me just start by saying I am not a shill for vax or pharma or anything else except my belief in God. I've long been critical of pharma, and I'm willing to (and have) changed my opinions on a number of issues over the years, particularly early childhood vaccination. I simply think you're throwing the baby out with the bathwater with a lot of this stuff. We discovered a ton of useful stuff in medicine in the 19th and 20th century, and much of that is ignored on purpose because of a combination of profit seeking and malicious actors.

>Vaccines actually spread disease
This is well known. The polio vaccine contributed massively to a spike in polio in urban areas; the solution amplified the problem, but it did solve it. Of course that creates new issues with the problems of introducing a foreign body, chemical carriers, and adjuvants as almost a necessity for the average person.
For a more recent example, the NHL has had mumps outbreaks where (presumably vaccinated & younger) asymptomatic players shed it to others. Canada doesn't have the same mumps vax protocol as the USA.
>Vaccination doesn't work
How many vaccinated kids do you see with chicken pox? Compare that to communities like The Amish or Orthodox jews. Just because we do a poor job of it doesn't mean the concept is wrong. When I was small, I went to a 'pox party', which is functionally very similar to primitive inoculation. On the subject of chicken pox, shingles can allegedly be kept at bay by occasional exposure to chicken pox, which is something that no longer happens due to vaccination of children and smaller families.

>Vaccines and autism
Mechanistically plausible and I'm totally fine believing it. One point that no one has ever explained to me is why many vaccine manufacturers mix their batches before shipping. Could it possibly be to obfuscate data if a bad vax batch was created? I imagine if every vaccinated child in some city born within a 3 month window was autistic, it would ring a few alarms.

>Terrain Theory
Don't agree, and I don't think it's fair to ask me to watch (often poorly produced) videos taking up hours of my time to get me to believe something that fundamentally will not change my interaction with the world. The heuristic change is non-existent; you still wash your hands after handling garbage whether you're a terrain theorist or germ theory enjoyer.

@Lady_Euromutt @ArdainianRight @BowsacNoodle @RustyCrab People have seen micro-organisms through microscopes and it's safe to assume that they can cause harm if they enter your body.

@Lady_Euromutt @ArdainianRight @BowsacNoodle @RustyCrab I think the "germs are a hoax" theory is just controlled opposition made to discredit those skeptical about COVID and vaccines.
