@rasterman @ArdainianRight @admin @pawlicker Well, everyone chooses shit software. Also, it's not like Pleroma, Akkoma, or whatever can add twtxt support in addition to ActivityPub. Hubzilla already supports multiple protocols. Twtxt is basically just RSS but for social media. Any site/software can integrate it. I just like it because it makes self-hosting easier (which in turn makes it more decentralized). I have a twtxt feed on my website, but I'm mostly on here.
@reportbot @Soy_Magnus I love how they are more offended by words than Soy Magnus's goreposting.

>Isn't the point of having instances that people can use the ones they like?
Yeah, but it's always good to have back-ups which most Poast users don't seem to understand. Even having an alt on baest or FSE is better than having no alt at all.
>It's like niggas miss the BBS days and want to make things unnecessarily inconvenient to feel like they're back. At that point you're better off logging off and meeting outside.
Twtxt is more like RSS (which is still used by the way). It's just a protocol. There is even a web-based front-end for twtxt known as Yarn, if you want a more modern experience.
@LukeAlmighty Honestly, the idea of falling unconscious itself is a scary thought.
@pawlicker @admin @ArdainianRight @rasterman How many Poast users even have alts on other sites? It seems like the vast majority don't even consider checking out other instances or hosting their own. I think the problem is that Poast users think other instances "aren't based enough" for them.
Even the other "free speech" instances (including the ones that are actually more free than Poast) have libertarians, trannies, people who mostly don't care about politics/the culture war, etc which they despise, so it seems like they won't even touch them. But then again, those other instances hate Poast because admittedly the Fedi was a lot more laid-back before Poast arrived.
Honestly, this is why I think twtxt is potentially better than the Fedi. It just being a text file hosted on any web server means that it's much easier to host. You can host it on a static-website or a git repository as opposed to setting up a Mastodon, Pleroma, GNU Social, etc server.
@ArdainianRight @rasterman @admin To be fair, he does actually encourage his users to start their own instances if they have the technical knowledge. But Poast does give me honeypot vibes. Apparently, it was hosted on Oracle's servers (remember that Oracle has worked with the CIA) and sites with a culture like Poast tend to be honeypots.
@waltercool LMFAO. Though this is expected at this point.

Enemies are no longer hard coded into the map. They are now loaded from the map file. Ignore the enemy placement. It moved before I could take the screenshot. (My screenshot utility is probably delayed)
The first two numbers defined the level width and height.
The block of numbers are the tiles.
Everything after that are objects. They are listed by object type and then the x and y coordinates.

>That game would probably be seen as problematic by Matt the tranny now.
That game sounds more like some vegan commie commentary on how capitalism is abusive towards animals, even if you do play as the villain.
@opal @jeffcliff Both means you're bi-gender.
