@TheMadPirate @ArdainianRight @hachi Ancoms are neither Proudhonian nor Rothbardian. Peter Kropotkin was the founder of anarcho-communism. Proudhon was the founder of mutualism. Proudhonians still support markets, except that they are socialist. From what I can tell from the few Mutualists I've come across, they also despise Antifa, mostly because it has tainted their image.
@TheMadPirate @ArdainianRight @hachi I didn't say that Antifa were libertarians, but they are anarcho-communists who claim to be the "real libertarians" while right-libertarians are considered "micro-fascists". I was talking about self-proclaimed "libertarians" whether they actually fit the definition or not.
And it seems like Antifa is slightly more worthy of the "libertarian" label than Jeff Cliff is and that is saying A LOT.
@TheMadPirate @ArdainianRight @hachi Even then, no self respecting, self-claimed "libertarian" on any side of the political spectrum would support what he supports. Even Antifa is pro-gun.
@TheMadPirate @ArdainianRight @hachi I remember him claiming to be some sort of libertarian socialist.
@ArdainianRight @TheMadPirate @hachi I really don't get the point about caring about COVID if you think the world is overpopulated to the point that nobody should have children.
@TheMadPirate @ArdainianRight @hachi Or maybe he made up some imaginary people since he is still stuck inside like it's March of 2020. The guy even supports climate lockdowns.
@ArdainianRight @hachi I'm starting to think that Jeff Cliff is behind this hachi account, given how often child birth triggers him.
@allison I hope you enjoy your stay! ^^

>I don't think it's as much of a movement problem as it is a shooting problem, my trigger finger is my right index finger. Auto fire would probably help alleviate that a bit.
Well I moved on from C# and MonoGame so I currently have no plans to implement any of that in Zerox. I was mostly inspired by Xevious which didn't have autofire.
>When you're playing on a controller, your left hand is always controlling movement and your right hand controls most of the actual buttons. I'd say the vast majority of people start gaming on a console
Yeah, I've heard that's a reason why so many people still refuse to play PC games despite nearly every modern game having gamepad options. I grew up with both PC and console so I don't mind arrow keys. I'm also left-handed, so there's that.
>But yeah rebinding is a feature every game should have, unless it's purposefully trying to be obtuse like QWOP. every time another AAA game comes out without full rebinding I'm left to wonder why.
Easier said then done in my case. I have to deal with creating a config file format, understanding the integer values of all SFML inputs, and either deal with function pointers or the command pattern. I generally don't mind if a game doesn't have rebindings unless the default control scheme is really weird. I think most people can handle NES style keyboard controls, but apparently not. I probably will add rebindings eventually because I would like to have @sjw play my games.

Now, I'm experimenting with having randomly spawning enemies as opposed to predefined enemy placement in levels. It should help with the problems I had previously and also allow me to include enemies that appear from behind (which I haven't implemented yet).
I should also tweak the behavior of some enemies. Have them catch up to the player, if they attack from the side.
