Whether you believe in ACAB or you "back the blue" or you are somewhere in between, can we all universally agree that "disorderly conduct" laws are fucking bullshit? They are extremely vague and pretty much give cops the ability to arrest anyone they want.

By definition, it means that it can be anything that *MAY* provoke violence, which is as vague as "hate speech laws". People can get angry over anything. It could be the logo on the shirt your are wearing, something that you are mumbling to yourself, etc. I've heard countless stories of people getting fined for shit like this.

Also, this allows them to arrest people for peaceful protesting which should get anyone, regardless of ideology, mad.

@beardalaxy On a semi-related note. I did create a rough-draft for the site's ToS. It's mostly to prevent spam, legal issues, and abuse. Is there anything that should be changed? I think @graf should also have a say in it because it will be hosted on his server.

Privacy Policy hasn't been written only because I have no idea what kind of logging graf has on his network and servers.

Minimum age is 16 instead of 13 because recently, there has been a proposed revision to COPPA that raises the minimum age from 13 to 16. It hasn't been passed yet. You could allow underaged users, but from what I understand, you need to have some way to let their parents/guardians know and have a more clear privacy policy, which is why most sites don't allow children to sign up.

@Rocket I'm sticking to MySQL for this project. I got the tagging thing down. Though, I'd probably go with Apache's CouchDB if I do anything else that requires a NoSQL database.
