@sendpaws This kind of behavior is why I host like 40GB of git mirrors in the event that some project goes away, or becomes hijacked. I don't consider a thing I think of useful archived until I have at least one copy of it on one of my servers. It's sad that the archiving community was hijacked by people that value identity politics more than actual archiving and providing those archives to everyone. (I should check on textfiles.com how it's doing.) It's also why I don't consider IA to be a good place to archive software considering that it's been on life support for years now. "It's now on IA" is simply not enough.

@phnt this literally started over a user disagreeing with pride flags, and before this handling DDOS protection in a way more scuffed way than just using haproxy/anubis/blocking alibaba cloud or something.
