@laconicif @xianc78 @ChristiJunior @noyoushutthefuckupdad @rasterman Americans tend to eat too frequently and will eat much bigger portions than what's necessary (not to mention the crap SAD diet). Some people think "more treadmill" is the answer when they could save themselves a ton of trouble by trying out fasting or intermittent fasting.
