@ItsSkyDragonz @coolboymew @Moon I think a better way is an original model GBA with a backlight mod. GBA SP is terrible on adult hands.
@ItsSkyDragonz I want to shove a USB killer into every PlayStation 4/5 console that has that.
@Binkle For the love of God. Not every UI has to be made like it's for a fucking smartphone.
@ryo You could volunteer just to dump the mystery juice and replace it with water when nobody's looking.
What the fuck happened to game console BIOS/OS/IPL/Firmware menus? They use to have a ton of personality to them. The Saturn had a fucking spaceship traveling through a star field. The Dreamcast always has that relaxing underwater-esqe background. GameCube had a floating cube with a very slow cover of the Famicom Disk System start up playing in the background.
Now look at modern consoles like the Xbox One/Series and the Switch. Their menus look now different from menus on streaming services. It's fucking bland.
@Moon We can't start an ancap/agorist revolution with your memecoin.

Wait, they have a fedi instance?
@Terry Just do a little Gematria and you will know it's them.
@Terry How about he fully admits that the whole war was planned by the Jesuit Order.
@deprecated_ii @redneonglow @roboneko @sjw @basadeskaiser @Dexee @7 @neo @asa @skylar Japanese gamedevs still do it, apparently.
re: gamedev
@Binkle Thanks. Programming enemy/boss patterns is is no easy task.
gamedev
Changed the boss's movement pattern. I'm basically trying to emulate the final boss of Super Mario Land in terms of behavior.
I'm probably also going to change the sprite as well because almost all of the other bosses use this same sprite (finding free assets is hard and I'm not a good artist).
@PhenomX6 Using one of those for that purpose was a pain, but that was almost a decade ago.
https://www.newsweek.com/texas-secede-us-2023-gop-pushes-referendum-1717254?amp=1
Under a section titled “State Sovereignty,” the platform states: “Pursuant to Article 1, Section 1, of the Texas Constitution, the federal government has impaired our right of local self-government. Therefore, federally mandated legislation that infringes upon the 10th Amendment rights of Texas should be ignored, opposed, refused, and nullified.
Holy based!
“Texas retains the right to secede from the United States, and the Texas Legislature should be called upon to pass a referendum consistent thereto.”
Referendum won’t do shit, but I love the idea of putting it back in people’s minds.
@PhenomX6 @Shadowman311 @nk Going with tip 2, check your post style and word choice. Frequently used words and catch phrases can also give away that it's the same person. Some people also have unique posting styles like writing in all lower case or putting one sentence per line.
Using the same posting style, word choice, etc can give away your identity. People on imageboards have caught shills from other sites that way, despite them being anonymous on imageboards.
And another tip that will be valid if these Red Flag laws do come into fruition: avoid talking about politics (excluding gun rights/control) on gun/hunting communities. Yeah, it should be obvious that it's not a good idea to act like a "Nazi" on those sites, but even ideologies like right-libertarianism can be considered extreme by the mainstream. I bet some will try to disarm people who post Gadsden flags because they're often used in alt-right protests.
