There have been constant studies that show people who drink diet soda don't lose weight abd often times gain it and i now know why. I drink alot of diet soda and i also have hypothyroidism. I looked it up and a study shows that artifical sugars can cause hypothyroidism. Diet soda doesn't have calories but it slows your metabolism. don't drink it
