@xianc78 @aprogrammer no it's because there's no real mechanism for incentivized decentralized media hosting. All video hosting is essentially paid for and centralized by LBRY corp. They also have a centralized blacklisting API that's part of the library used by the rest of the software.
There's little value in the blockchain metadata portion. That doesn't actually contain the video, I'm not even sure if it contains comments.
They have been claiming since 2017 that they are investigating properly decentralizing their video hosting, but in reality that seems unlikely if not impossible. There's no "proof of video" mechanism.
