@mwl Looks like @librewolf already switched this off ❤️
@naught101 @mwl It's already set to 'false' in LibreWolf by default. I just checked.
So let's see here:
>Marginally better graphics
>Games that are enhanced with the Switch 2, but you have to pay extra for the enhancements
>Only compatible with certain microSD cards
>A Mario Kart that allows you to drive in between races
>Even more unnecessary smartphone integration
>PORTS PORTS PORTS
>Deltatroon
The only good things I can say about it are the fact that Nintendo finally added built-in voice chat for their first-party games (not that shitty smartphone app) and the re-releasing of GameCube games.
Funny that when I was watching the Swtich 2 direct, I can clearly tell that the guy on the right with the curly hair was not excited about the thing. He probably agrees with me on this.
FOSS infrastructure is under attack by AI companies

"LLM scrapers are taking down FOSS projects' infrastructure, and it's getting worse".
For the longest time, I've been content with only making 2D games, but lately I've been getting ideas for games that could only work in 3D.
Namely, I want to make light-gun rail-shooters akin to games like Virtua Cop or House of the Dead because it's a dead genre that almost nobody seems interested in reviving. There are already light-guns for PC like the Sinden, which basically acts like a mouse so lack of available hardware isn't an issue.
I don't know when or if I would have time to make such a game. I do have a dream game that I want to make which is not this, but I also would love to revive the feeling of early 2000s gaming and this is a genre that seemed to have died with the Dreamcast (outside of arcade games and a couple of games for the Wii).
