Reading through TV-tropes after a long day of work to untune my brain.
It’s impressive the number of blue-pilled pages that feature “double standards” that acknowledge that there is some sort of asymmetry on the perception of genders by viewers, but make no effort to try to get to the root cause. At best, they explain it by “females didn’t have spending money and that’s why this sexist views are more common”, even though these “sexist views” are plenty present in recent books written by women for women.
That last page is specially telling.
women can lose audience sympathy, while men must earn it >STRANGELY (so strange!) women can be more useless than a a pebble in your boot and the audience doesn’t care!
wow! you don’t say! whatever could the reason for that be? never mind, don’t look too much into it, we probably don’t want to know anyway.
Guess what, retards: it’s only a double standard if you are trying to hold both men and women to the same standards!
