@metalune Most American countries have a different culture that Europeans on it.
- European countries have a rich city development thanks to Feudalism evolution, making schools easier to implement, specially with Industrial age.
- American countries are mostly populated at ports, cities at interior are sparse and very unpopulated, causing lack of good schools nearby and creating a homeschooling one instead.
- Europeans used public schools widely as religious/culture/language warfare, for ex Germanic countries used that with Czechs/Poles/Ungars/etc.
- American countries were populated by Europeans who fled their countries (mostly Napoleonic/WW1/WW2 wars), those "immigrants" descendants have a strong anti-authority culture.
- Europeans are usually "obedient" and will comply with things they disagree but peacefully protest.
- Americans don't. Their countries were made by rebellion against authority (except Canada + Central America)
