In the deepest sense, the American Revolution was a conscious majority revolution on behalf of libertarianism and against power, a libertarian ideology that stressed the conjoined rights of "Liberty and Property."
Now, I'm a certified C++ programmer. I got some cash to burn so I'll try to see how many more I could do. I'll probably do the JS frameworks (jQuery, Angular, etc) because that's what keeps on appearing in job requirements. I don't get why W3Schools prices them the same as vanilla JavaScript though.

On the web interface PayPal just introduced a new dark pattern #enshittification to the transfer-balance-to-bank-account process to trick the user into electing the premium and quite expensive "immediate transfer" option, instead of choosing the free 1-3 day option.
When you initiate a transfer, this is now what shows up:
I literally passed a JavaScript exam without studying, now I'm a certified JS developer.
Seriously, if these IT certs end up getting me hired better than my CS degree, I'm going to be both happy and pissed at the same time.

1980s - Acid rain will kill all crops in 10 yrs
1990s - Ozone layer will disappear in 10 yrs
2000s - Ice caps will be gone in 10 yrs
NONE of these things happened - but ALL of them resulted in more taxes & less liberty.
