But if the Fedi does go to shit, I say just use Nostr, despite it's flaws. The fact that accounts are not bound by a single server makes it near-impossible for a single entity to dominate it.
Maybe the solution to Threads is not to block it but to encourage Threads users to start their own instances. That way, Threads might be forced to comply with us or defederate instead of the other way around.
Any game that allows you to change difficulty settings mid-game is for cheaters.
