How is it that one guy was able to create a full-length video game and publish it online back in 2004, yet these days your average fan-game or indie game can't be finished without one of the developers rage quitting and leaking a Google Doc about everyone on the team or if it's a solo dev, have their work cancelled by someone else because he said something mean?

So, Québec independance update:
As far as I'm aware, we already knew that there was some cheating going on in the last independence referendum, but even more cheating has come out as apparently they had approved the immigration to Québec in the last month or so before the vote by like 400% or something
It was the Liberals doing, because of course, and they're strangely silent now, not helping their cases considering that the PQ is on the top of the polls and they apparently intend to reopen the investigations about this
Reminder that the vote was lost by about 1% too

Why are govt accounts exempt from the location feature?
If anything they should be MORE transparent than private citizens.
I'm starting to think that the true purpose of the deprecation of the penny is to get stores to stop accepting cash because I'm noticing that more and more stores are requesting for exact change or having some new weird change policy. It wouldn't surprise me if they can't keep up with this and have to ditch cash payments all together.
I don't get why some people think they have the right to intervene in other people's lives just because they're an "expect in psychology".

I once had a genuine conversation with Drew Devault about neurodiversity and autism and why it makes people act like they do, before he was writing his one of his pieces on Richard Stallman.
I explained it to him very well and he even said that I understood where I was coming from, etc.
Then a few days later he publishes his fucking article anyway, doesn't include any of my points (because it didn't fit his narrative) and DELETES the conversation I had with him.
