Why are people in the comments acting, like 30 minutes of excersise per day is nothing? I don't think most people can afford the 30 minute 6 DAYS A WEEK, and the following 2 hours of total exhaustion.
Am I dellulu? Is 30 minutes per day way too little?
@LukeAlmighty yeah it's pretty fuckin killer actually. if he's doing stuff like 25 minute runs in between 45 minute weight lifting focused on different muscle groups then yeah, i'd say that's pretty damn good. the routine my friend and i are following is about 45 minutes 2-3 times a week. just takes us a bit longer because there are two of us, usually an hour and fifteen. the consistency is key and once you build it up, as long as you stay consistent you aren't going to lose it.
but i do concur that this is just good shape. he's not like body builder status or anything. the guys doing that are on drugs and/or doing multiple hour workouts almost every day. maybe people look at that and have such a crazy idea of how much it takes to get healthy so they don't even want to try.
@beardalaxy @LukeAlmighty funny enough exactly what you described is what I'm trying to do in my home gym to lose weight but I thought 45 mins is to easy so I've been doing it for 2 hours.
I'm I a psychopath for this.
@Kagekokoro
I get that a lot.
At this point, I am not sure people are actually used to hearing sincere questions.

@LukeAlmighty I think most people include the preparation and cleanup in their mental calculation.
When you say you workout for 2 hours, most people understand that to include everything around that.
"I don't have the time" doesn't mean I can't lift something heavy for 30 minutes, it means I don't have 2~3 hours to get in the car, drive somewhere, exercise, shower, drive back, crash on the sofa for a bit to recover, and then continue my day.
My aunt was really impressed with my tablet, she's an artsy type, genuinely talented, but says she has no time to practice.
I asked why she doesn't have time, and she started explaining to me about mixing paints and cleaning brushes, I didn't consider that.
@LukeAlmighty In short, if he has a home gym, then it's reasonable.
@coded_artist
Finally a fair anwser.
Thank you.
Depends on what he's doing for that 30 minutes, but realistically I'd suggest between 1 and 2 hours of weightlifting. Frankly, the TV star can probably afford the best drugs on the market to help.
