DONKEY KONG BANANZA!

This game was so incredibly fun and the character dynamic between smol Pauline and DK was so charming. I'm so glad I was able to get a Switch 2 and play this game, it really was so fun. If you have a Switch 2 (for some reason) and haven't played this game yet (for some reason) then you absolutely need to, I loved it so much.

The full list of the games I reviewed this year will be in an unlisted reply to this post. I'm looking forward to whatever games I'll be playing next year! There are a lot of new ones coming out I'm interested in and some old but gold ones will be on the list too, I'm sure!

Definitely wasn't always easy, especially in the case of motivation, and I'm sure there are still some bugs out there I didn't catch with a game so large. I'm so happy with the way it turned out though and I'm incredibly grateful that I had the ability to create it!

Top 100 Games 2025 Edition!

Again there are probably some things I forgot, and judging by how far a lot of these moved from their positions int he last list I made, a lot of these games are so close to each other that their placement isn't 100% set in stone. These are just a lot of my favorite games!

My Top 100 Bands.

Not including solo artists, but including duos. Not a definitive list as most of these have the chance of shooting up to #1 for a week while I binge all of their music. This is generally where all of them lie, though!

you have to unlock multiplayer? i knew this game looked like ass but i didn't assume it was going to block out an advertised feature behind playing through the whole thing yourself first.

HOLY SHIT 1440p is like breaking my brain man, I'm playing pso2 and this shit is so much more clear it's distracting! I play at 90fps and that's like right on the cusp of what my GPU can handle at 1440p. So I think I'll keep playing at 1080p or try to inject some better DLSS into it because the default is horrible quality lol. I watch YouTube while I play most of the time so if my GPU is running at 100% and I'm trying to watch a video at the same time, it's not going to be pretty lol.

2080 Ti seems to be a decent 1440p60 GPU, that's how I played RE8 on my TV actually! I've seen the difference between that and 1080p with that game, but this is the first time I'm experiencing it with Phantasy Star and I'm just going a little crazy lol. The game has a lot of detail in it I've just never been able to see, or it is just easier to notice now.

Fuck it I'm just gonna buy three of the same monitor with my tax return and not have to deal with doing weird shit with different resolutions and refresh rates. Money does not exist in this dojo. I can sell my other monitors to some friends who might want them.

I swear these things are like magic potions, seriously if you feel like shit they really lift you up.
