In it, they get Quilliam (a now discredited organization that for a time had me under their spell - https://www.aljazeera.com/opinions/2021/4/20/the-quilliam-foundation-has-closed-but-its-toxic-legacy-remains) to split hairs and say there is somehow a difference between "pedophile gangs" and "grooming gangs".
Of course, the reason for that is so that they can provide "research" to make a headline like "84% of grooming gangs are Pakistani".

And the big irony is that, at the end of the article, a person who they quote says that "the far-right" will misrepresent the statistics to recruit people to their "cause".

The actual fact of the matter is that native Britons are actually (slightly) overrepresented among "rape-gangs" while Pakistani-Britons are (slightly) underrepresented.

Many states in Europe have "age of consent" at 16 and even younger. In Germany it is 14.
There are pubmed studies and much anecdotal evidence suggesting that young girls (even those who aren't "teenagers") engage in consensual sexual acts with either older teens or adult men.
I myself had a friend who was in his 20's dating a 14 year old. 100% consensual, both parents knew and gave approval etc... They met when she was 10 or 11.
