People are seriously not used to hearing actual stories worth telling these days. They got so used to the heroes jurney, that they don't even understand there can be anything else.

Meanwhile, prequels are telling story of fall of civilization and fall of a great man. Literally incompatible with the simple mind the originals were made to fit.

@bruh_momento @beardalaxy Not sure why this needems repeating, but 90% of humanity are immoral monsters, so yeah... If I happen to draw,,, 0.1^200 coworkers... Then yeah, the job might be tollerable socially, but it would still cit me away from friends, eat my time in transit, limit my autonomy and fuck my sleep schedule. It would also still tuin my food supply, limit heating control, remove travel options... but sure, I guess I could have some decent banter with them, instead of with my friends.

Ok,it might have been rude, but that's because this is the exact point I am trying to make.

This line is insane. This exact line is the cheapest of "unfalsifyables" that are used by the boomers who fight against the option to work from home tooth and nail. And I just want to get as far away from them as possible. I hate normies with burning passion. I don't care about their small talk, pretending I didn't do my "day long" work in 10 minutes is exhausting.

And when I am home, I can be on Doscord talking to actual humans I care about, or better yet, take care of my family. When my mom had a stroke, I spent few weeks with her. It was important, and it is a million times more important then the "memory" of seeing Karren's dog piss on the floor.
