But before that happened, a wave of online skeptic was created. And they were able to gain a huge ground by saying "there are 2 genders", because it did force the left to actually defend their positions for once.

You separated gender from biology -> You're a groomer.

As a czech dude, it's not a mess in other languages, because other languages are harder to bend.

We have only one word for gender, and that is "pohlaví". One word does in fact mean, that you cannot split the concept, so if you want to get the same result, you have to make the two words into 1 at least in meaning.

Yes, I think it is necessary. If you accept their definition of the term, you are in fact allowing them to communicate their ideas without looking like a clowns and need to explain their way of thinking.

And saying "sex" is just awkward :D

And, as the activists have shown, only the side that refuses to budge can win the definition war.

But his original post was also implying, that the term "gender" does have a non-biologic aspect. So, that is why I don't think it's a good idea to accept that stance.
