I want coffee.
I ask a soulless machine for coffee. It adds hot water into a mix. 20kč and 10s of waiting later, my addiction is satisfied. It isn't pwrfect, but it's good.
I ask a "starbucks artist". It takes them 5 minutes. The coffee is weak, they forget to call my name once order is ready, the temperature is insanely low, and it costs 150kč.
At some point, the soulless variant is just the objectively better choice.
