I love how some of these pictures are basically untouched. Like the AI thought he looked enough like a robot as is, and just redrew the same image.

My ideal abortion law, more or less.
- no later term abortions. Let "the science" come to a consensus on when in the pregnancy the fetus' neurons are developed enough to start feeling pain, and have that as the cut off point.
Obvious exceptions:
- medical cases, with the caveats: it needs a doctor, different than the one doing the procedure, to sign off on it being necessary to save the life of the mother; and all reasonable attempts must be made to try to save the life of the baby. Let the malpractice board decide what qualifies as "all reasonable attempts".
- rape/incest cases, but with the caveat that it needs to be reported to the police before hand. This is my biggest "must have" as it accomplishes multiple goals: it gives more incentive to women to report these crimes, thus taking away power from the feminists that claim rape is underreported; and once police start prosecuting the women that will obviously lie to get their abortions, it will eventually create an environment that punishes false rape allegations (this will be a really long term thing, but I think it will be worth it in the end).

@DotardTed @NoBeret @BillHartnett @BlinkRape that's funny lol my roommate was just telling me that a few states have passed laws like this

@minespatch @Ash_Kvetchum every time i see that shit on the front page i hide it, thankfully they still let you do that. i think after a while of doing it they just eventually stopped showing it to me.

i was also happy to see that youtube hasn't changed their logo on the actual website for BLM or pride month this year.

@geotechland the freedom for a woman to decide if she wants a child or not starts when she has sex, not when she gets pregnant. same exact thing for the dude. if you're not prepared to have a kid, don't do literally the one act that will cause you to have a kid.

IMHO, looks more like the "crowd chased down," rather than the "driver plowed through!" Were they blocking the street?

RT [Andy Campbell @AndyBCampbell]

A truck driver plowed through multiple pro-choice protesters in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on Friday, sending at least one woman to the hospital.

Linn County Supervisor Stacey Walker's Video shows several victims — all women — trying to stop the driver as he careens into them

@BlinkRape @dave i always thought it was weird that people who were non-traditionalist wanted some traditional recognition from the state that their marriage was legitimate.

like who the fuck cares, pretty much the only reason to get legally married at this point is to be able to steal each others' shit if you divorce.

ideally, if abortion is going to be LITERALLY OUTLAWED™ we should put focus on sex education and dialogue between parents and their teens about sex and get resources for teens that might be like kicked out or something if they get pregnant and supporting them. because let's be honest, our sex education sucks dick and the general culture is that sex is some taboo thing that teenagers shouldn't be thinking about so we fucking repress it which of course just makes it worse :)

@rlier23 if you're a huwite man all you have to do is show up and say nothing

What's your honest reaction to the SCOTUS ruling overturning Roe v. Wade and declaring that abortion should be left up to the states to set policy for?

@dave I'm pro-life morally with some moral-based exceptions like rape, but pro-choice legally because, just like drugs and guns, the more regulation gets put on them, the more dangerous they become.

I'm not a huge fan of the federal government having power, so any measure to give power back to the states is a good one as long as it doesn't diminish our natural rights such as the right to bare arms or the right to speak freely. To be clear, abortion is not a natural right; there is nothing natural about abortion. Speaking and protecting yourself to the fullest extent are both natural rights.

If man cannot speak, he must fight to be able to speak. If man cannot fight, he can only kneel and be succumbed to slavery. If woman cannot get abortions, she must... not have sex that will lead to pregnancy....? It's not a natural right. I believe you have the natural right to bare children, not destroy them.

To add to that, because I heard they were also thinking of taking away gay marriage being protected federally, legal marriage is also not a fundamental, natural right. Leave it to the states to decide what is best for their own people, because New York is drastically different than Idaho. For that reason, the federal government should not be putting wide, blanket laws down on literally the most diverse country in the world.

All that considered then, I'm glad they repealed it. I want the federal government to have less power. I want the power to be given back to the states, unless, as I said, it deals with unalienable natural rights. I'm certain my state would uphold those, but many states already don't.

@VTArgyle gura fan seems like a genuine person while shion fan sounds like they watched too much death note, wear a fedora, and have at least one katana in their room. My eyes were burning trying to read it.

I was a leftist up until I was like 19 years old then went pretty hard conservative for a few years and ended up somewhere around libertarian/anarchy and just not giving a shit about what label I actually had. Hell up until a few years ago I would have told you that I thought abortion should be totally outlawed. I'm 26 right now. People that can't change or take in new info have a serious case of social programming going on and should probably reassess what it is they actually believe, what they have been told to believe, and if what they believe is only that way because they want to fit in and appear relatively "normal." Personally, that's where a huge source of my depression came from, that dissonance between what I did believe and what beliefs would make things the easiest for me.
