At what point do we stop buying Nintendo games? I think that time has come for me. They have some so much stupid shit in the past year as a company that even if a new Star Fox came out tomorrow I don't think I'd want to buy it. There are so many other games to play. So many other CLASSIC games to play. Not worth spending $60/$70 on a game for it to go to a company that gives negative shits about their customers because they know they can get away with murder.

@galena @matrix @RichardJohnson what happened to Gary was overkill, but Nintendo didn't decide the sentence. Gary also was legitimately providing pirated games. And team xecuter had been bricking consoles for a while. Dude got what was coming to him.

Yuzu on the other hand did nothing wrong. They just don't want to spend the rest of their lives fighting Nintendo.

Being a Nintendo fan is CBT. I fucking hate them but dammit their games are some of the only good AAA ones left. I just wish for everyone making legal decisions there would suck my dick

@xianc78 @galena @matrix it also was clean room. They "stole" code from Ryujinx, allegedly. Patreon was only for new builds, otherwise you could build it yourself for free. I have seen nothing that alludes to them making patches for unreleased games, they have always claimed otherwise. TotK had updates only when it released.

Regardless none of that was what was actually in the suit. It was all about using keys Nintendo claimed were "illegally obtained" and yuzu telling people how to get those keys (ripping them from your own switch).
