They were in rival gangs so teaming up like that could be revolutionary with how much respect they had. P Diddy didn't think that was good for business and had them killed to keep the status quo. So the theory goes if I'm remembering right.

@Aviz @mushroom_soup I've heard his son will inherit it when he dies and that he seems to have the same outlook on things. Hopefully that's the case.

we are paying 2105 for the place we are in right now, and we found a bunch of places on the market for 1700 that are bigger and newer. if we renewed our lease, it would be going up to 2170.
so we put in our notice today that we are leaving.
they have already marked our house as available on their website and it's 1840.
they reaaaally love to just squeeze as much as possible out of people, market be damned. "they're already paying this much so they won't mind paying a little bit more" no bitch we'll just leave.
when we first moved into this neighborhood, we barely were able to even get in and now there are like 15 houses available. you'd think maybe that would make them try and keep people around but nope.
