In my experience, a great amount of homeless people are so by choice and they're quite a burden.

Allegedly, he invited all the homeless people to a banquet, locked them inside the building, then set it on fire. Really makes sense why people called him a dragon. Someone to be feared, but also revered and respected.

@SuperSnekFriend I barely understand Japanese and I get so annoyed when I see stuff like this. There were a few moments in edgerunners I noticed where I'm just like.... Yeah the character didn't really say that.
