@Okymir I just force myself tbh. Usually the hard part is starting, and once i start I go hard. Another good thing to do is actually limit your time, so force yourself to do 30 minutes a day or something and cut it off at an hour. It helps me roll that desire to keep working into the next day.

Every now and then I have repressed memories come back and it gives me a little bit more information about why I am the way I am. My childhood and teens were pretty fucked up.
