you can do this with dolphin and it has become easier over the years, but it gets increasingly difficult the more people you add and if you want to do it online.

@arc whenever I stop drinking soda I drop 10lbs almost instantly and I'm smack dab at healthy weight. Having a good diet is paramount to your health, even beyond just weight loss.

@Mr_NutterButter I've considered getting on vrchat to meet people just in general. I tried once several years ago and it was just one big meme fest of slop though, the best videos I've seen are of people with existing friend groups doing stuff.
