@xianc78 it's RPG In A Box, a game engine built with godot. it's like a more advanced RPG Maker with 3D as its main focus and node-based scripting (you can directly edit the scripts as well).

i was trying out RPG Architect before, as it is a lot closer to RPG Maker and still supports 3D and is actually a really great piece of software too, but RPG In A Box just sort of spoke to me more. We'll see how it ends up!

i was able to read ありがとうございます today without the use of any translation tools or anything :D

only two weeks and change until the switch 2 comes out! i'll have some time to play it before going to work and then i'll probably be up all night lol.
