@MeBigbrain @flux_the_cat hear me out, friendship with benefits 1 and especially 2 are legitimately great isekais. I don't think I've ever seen one besides it where the MC gets isekaied twice and is still able to go back to their own world momentarily. The explanation for it is interesting too. It's pony shit but the story and characters are surprisingly great. Pirated the first one and ended up buying it.

It would be cool to see some of the themes explored in an actual, mature anime instead of a furry eroge Change the harem aspect to friends and a primary relationship.

In a very twisted way, MiSide is a great isekai too. Very subversive.
