@white_male @Elliptica @professionalbigot69 the first four (debatably three) games are peak. two and three especially are amazing games. after that it went to western studios and they mostly botched it, although there are still some things to like about those games (i kind of liked shattered memories tbh). then there was PT that was a teaser for silent hills by hideo kojima which got shafted. now they are doing a silent hill revival with a bunch of games and projects and stuff, the first two that came out were a short demo (the short message) which was really gay and a choose-your-own-adventure community web series called silent hill ascension that was extremely fucking retarded. silent hill 2 remake was good but nowhere near as good as the original. silent hill f is pretty good so far, i'm enjoying it, but it has literally nothing to do with silent hill as far as i've seen about halfway through the game. it should have had a different title.
