Killed it at the gym today! Noticing physical gains now. Only thing I REALLY need to work on are my crunches, I'm lifting my feet because my core isn't quite there yet.

the new album is awesome btw, if you like sabaton you'll like it, it's just more sabaton. i guess some people will think it is too samey, but i mean it's sabaton, you know what you're getting.
