@teto yeah on deezer these days there are tons of like, vocaloid artists and japanese musicians. but you're right way back spotify didn't even have any of that. it was utada hikaru and like nobody else lol.
not a paid shill or anything but maybe just search around on deezer and see if you can't find what you're looking for. i get 99% of what i need on there so i'm pretty satisfied, but i also don't listen to lesser known japanese bands.
@teto music services like that are super convenient, but what wasn't very convenient was losing my library and getting it all shuffled around when licenses ran out. it's hella worth it for me to click like on deezer, click download on murglar, and then use freefilesync to pop it over to my phone. just a few clicks after getting it set up, not bad at all.
idk if they'll have all the music you're looking for necessarily, but you know.
@teto I pay for deezer and use murglar to download all my music to local storage. Stuff I can't find on there I either use khinsider for or other spots if I have to. If it really isn't anywhere else I'll use ytdlp.
I'm getting one more tool that my roommate is picking up on his way home tonight and if that doesn't work I'm just fucking calling it dude.
@ninja8tyu there was John Henry who was the railroad dude that beat a machine at his job and then fucking died
@Shadowman311 imagine turning off internet search in your start menu
Oh yeah and this is only for the front wheel. The back wheel is another story entirely. The video was hosted on Google drive and the link is dead now. It's only been like 6 months man this is fucking bullshit.
Finally got around to replacing the wheels on my scooter and these fucking chinks who made this shit jewed me out of my money with instructions that weren't correct so I had to figure out shit myself and then the fucking bolt is made out of the cheapest metal ever so instead of being able to take it off it just got stripped instantly.
At what point do I just accept that I've wasted $120 on this replacement already and just buy a new fucking scooter instead? Should I try to buy even more tools to fix this shit? I mean sure a new scooter is gonna be $300+ instead of maybe like another $20 for more tools but like what about the next time something goes wrong? Plus I was thinking about getting a faster scooter anyway. I'm still fucking pissed though.
@veru I've heard that it might actually be more expensive to make smaller carts since the modules don't actually exist and Nintendo would have to get them completely custom made. Don't know how accurate that is though.
If key carts didn't exist, the games would just be digital anyway. Developers aren't going to pay more money when they could just keep a game digital only. A key cart is a good in between solution for people who might still want to be able to lend/trade/sell the games.
I think the most elegant way to do things would be for developers to use switch 1 carts that will let you download a free switch 2 upgrade/edition. You're still downloading the game though and will lose access to it if the servers get taken down, the only benefit is that you'll still have the switch 1 version. Some games might just straight up not work running off a switch 1 cart either, of course.
As long as the actual Nintendo games are still physical I'll be fine, that's the only reason I have the consoles to begin with.
