in other news, my headphones fucking DISINTEGRATED!

i picked them up to put them on just the same way i always do, and the hinge just completely gave up the ghost. i'm not even talking about you know, it cracked and the pieces fell off or something, no... it turned into fucking dust. i've got little bits of plastic all over the place.

these lasted me over 5 years. just went ahead and bought another pair because i like the way they sound a lot and they did hold up for a decent amount of time. i've got two full days ahead of me with only my broken shokz that only work on the right side though lol. so fun.

@Immahnoob @Yako okay now you're just making shit up. the vast majority of people reviewing the game, positive and negative, have a substantial amount of playtime in the game. a lot of them have at least two playthroughs worth. come on now. calling me retarded for loving a game a lot is kinda lame.

i don't know anything about extraction shooters and they're not my type of game so i'm not going to judge marathon. it could very well be that it's a decent enough game for people who want to play it, but that group of people is a bit more niche. content creators already decided they hated the game so i'm sure that didn't help it either, given how communities like that tend to act as quite the hivemind. something like that still could be successful if the development resources are allocated correctly but i don't think that's going to be the case with marathon.

@Immahnoob @Yako sorry i promised myself i wouldn't argue about shit online anymore if i could help it. i guess you'll just think i have shit taste forever, whatever. not like plenty of people don't think that already anyway.

the game's got a 96% positive rating on steam and a 9.4 on metacritic though. don't think i'm in the minority on this one like i might be for other games like SHf or DmC (or, on the opposite end of the spectrum, my dislike of souls games).

i think RE9 is a damn good game.
