the virgin xenophile: ewwww a bug in my house kill it kill it kill it what the fuuuuck end its existence!!!
the chad xenophobe: bug in my house? if it's a spider it can stay safely to prevent against other pests, if it is a harmless insect like a ladybug i will safely escort it to the outdoors where it belongs.
@Jean_Philippe_Micheaux @LouisConde although it goes without saying that if you're buying a used gpu then you should probably be cracking it open and refreshing the thermals as well as giving it a good cleaning. even putting some machine oil in the fan bearings if it's possible for the card.
@LukeAlmighty @bonifartius 49 to 51 on my poll with 45 people i'd say is probably within margin of error for being essentially dead equal. it means that 22 voted loli and 23 voted milf.
but on yours yeah it seems like people would rather have a cute milf than a sexy loli, which does kind of make sense. a big draw for lolis is that they are cute, not necessarily sexy, whereas for milfs it could go either way and provide a different aesthetic that would be pleasing for more people.
@fugger aw man that's a shame. i'll have to wait for a bit it looks like.
@Jean_Philippe_Micheaux @LouisConde depends, if a crypto miner is smart they'll want their investment in a gpu to last as long as possible. it would be going 24/7 but would likely be undervolted to keep lower temps so it's possible that it would be in better shape than a used one that underwent overclocking and heavy gaming usage.
you could also just undervolt/underclock it if you super worried about it.
personally, i wouldn't trust buying one off of ebay but if you could find one locally and buy it off someone face-to-face and test it out, then i think it would be a good deal.
either way though, this should help the prices of new GPUs too!
@fugger i feel like i'm retarded or something but i can't find where everyone is doing this stuff
@Zergling_man fair enough
@FortyTwo if only there was SOMETHING joe biden had control over that would cause them to lower their prices! too bad he doesn't, i guess he'll just have to keep asking nicely and hope something happens.
@Zergling_man for texting i really like textra, it's a paid app but it does have a lot of nice features. i've been using it for a long time.
also i'd recommend making your alarm app be sleep as android. it has a bunch of challenges you can set on your alarm so you have to do some sort of task before it will turn off. the ones i use are simple math and reverse typing but there's ones that like require you to scan NFC or QR codes, or clicking on sheep, and a few others. it also has sleep tracking so you can set a target time to wake up and it will wake you up around that time depending on where you are in your sleep cycle so that you'll get the best waking experience.
if you're looking for FOSS apps though i don't really know anything about them lol. i bought those ages ago and still use them to this day.
