In Utah it's kind of hard to find a psychiatrist that won't do the latter period

Yesterday I slept 7 hours and managed to not take a nap, went to bed at a relatively decent hour, set my alarm for 8 hours.

Here I am, 3 hours later, more wide awake than I was after that 7 hours.

What even is a sleep schedule?
