@xianc78 @allison @chjara the only good time to use retroarch is when nothing else works on your device. Otherwise it's a convoluted clusterfuck of a program that uses one of the worst UIs ever. The only real benefit it gives you is being able to map settings to a bunch of different emulators but that can also be a burden.

I much prefer to just use standalone emulators and tool them exactly how I want per system and very easily with my mouse instead of struggling through the dogshit xmb UI.

RA's ethics aren't exactly the greatest, either. A lot of emulator devs don't like them and want nothing to do with them.

@bronze @djsumdog @Codythedragonrude @crunklord420 @josh I watch their videos sometimes if it gets recommended and I think it's interesting, but I don't watch Wan show anymore because linus always drops some weird political stuff that it seems like he doesn't really understand. Sometimes Luke will agree but sometimes he'll refute it and linus will try and explain more and Luke just basically agrees to brush it off. But yeah, it gets a little bit annoying.

I do really like Anthony's videos though lol

@Nirty_Digger @MyLittleFashy @nozaki @WashedOutGundamPilot there was a trans chick in my graduating class who I told that she should feel comfortable in her current body because it's fine the way it is, basically trying to give her positive affirmation and some self confidence, and the newspaper teacher jumped down my throat and I never got an article published despite her specifically wanting me to join newspaper. These people want to be oppressed and the "supporters" are happy to do the oppressing if it means they can feel good about themselves.

Also this DJ doesn't know anything about his hardware, just software. He's got everything plugged into a mixer but changing all the settings in software instead so when I'm playing (going straight to the mixer) I have to tell him how to balance everything lol.
