If the dude can parry a lynel charging at him he can do fucking anything.

Baja backwards is Ajab.
Baja Blast is truly the Moby Dick of Mountain Dew.

@keisuke if it looks stupid but it works, it's not stupid.

Although I don't really think that this is an engine limitation tbh, I think it's just what they thought was going to be easiest to do. If they wanted to add vehicles to the game they certainly could have because they have access to the source code of the engine... But it wasn't necessary so they didn't do it. There are probably several different ways to get some janky vehicles in there anyway though, modders have already done it.

So saying it was an "engine limitation" is kinda BS. An engine limitation is more like when you're trying to work with something that is closed source and because the devs never implemented a certain feature there's just no way for you to utilize it. Modding, for instance, is like this. There are engines that are only 32-bit so the amount of shit you can do to the game is going to be capped by memory restrictions at some point, for example. Or maybe the devs just didn't need to use mip maps because all the maps are really small, so you can't make big open maps otherwise they'll lag like hell.

@Jazzy_Butts my mom is actually a massage therapist so that's pretty nice. I just can't exactly call her up at 3am you know? XD

@Jazzy_Butts I just went with the classic "ignore the pain until it gets better" lol. I find that with muscle tightness like that, not using it only makes it more stiff and makes it hurt more. At least for me.

Admittedly, the story in Tears of the Kingdom is easily its worst aspect. It spoils itself if you view it out of order, which is easy to do on accident, and it has a lot of repetition in it that could have been easily avoided. Not that I ever play Zelda games for the immediately present story; they're much more about the story you create as you play through the game and interact with all of the NPCs and the world itself. The difference is that Breath of the Wild was much less focused on that main story than Tears is, so the way they did the non-linearity worked a lot more. Here, it's clear that the writers didn't account for the increase of focus and tried to go with the same gameplay elements to see them as BOTW, which means it really falls flat and kills a lot of the mystery and mystique the story has going for it.

@marine this shit is getting to a boiling point, corporations correcting mistakes because they got caught red handed is starting to get old. let them die and have someone else take their place, or maybe have them increase the quality of their product to prove their position in the market beyond trying to pander to an audience.

@DireGoy jews and asians don't have stupid shirts and bags sold at major retailers that say shit like "proud to be jewish" or "asian lives matter" so they're probably safe.

@Suzu @MK2boogaloo "God has never made a single drop of alcohol" who the fuck is this guy LMAO XD
