@teratology @picandor yeah i've always heard reds are great for gaming and i can see why, but i don't do much gaming with my keyboard. i do a lot more typing, so i really like those blues. they're nice for rhythm games too because you can really feel the actuation.

@teratology i'm not crazy into conspiracies about it either, but there IS a lot of actual truth about it that people either don't think is bad or just brush under the rug because they took the vaccine and are coping with their bad decision.

i personally never got it because i have some issues that could have made it interact with my body very poorly. much worse than what covid would do to me, because my lungs and heart are very healthy. my immune system and brain are fucked up though, so i wasn't about to take something that would jack those up, even in the rarest of circumstances.

why is JRPG music so fucking good?? you can listen to the soundtrack for any random JRPG and be blown away.

i even consider my own RPG's music to be the best stuff i've ever made. humble brag. there's just something magical about RPGs i guess.

the keyboard i bought just barely defaulted to reds and i haven't had the money to switch them out yet. i fucking love not just the sound of them but most importantly the feedback from the click itself. other switches just aren't the same.

what switches do you use though? blues are super clicky but most other switches are a lot more audible than your typical membrane keyboard. even these reds can be heard outside of my door by my roommates sometimes.

@arc the ones i've been posting have all been 15s tests, so 116 is still a pretty good 30s score :)

@picandor it's okay i practice a lot and also type a lot. 121 for the 30 second is pretty good! i mean the one i just barely did was only 128 since i made some mistakes so not that much higher.

imagine being at a place where no youtubers offer tips on how to increase your speed anymore xD all the videos i've seen only go up to 150 xD

@picandor i didn't realize this was at 30s, i usually practice on the 15s ones. i also drop about 20wpm on 30s, down to 140.
