Second, the noise in the charred baby is abnormal, and consistent with the noise in AI generated pictures.
Third it doesn't look anything like a baby, seriously.
Fourth, the fabric near the "head" appears to be ripped like paper - but elsewhere in the image it is clearly fabric.
