@LukeAlmighty that happens to me sometimes too. if i get too much sleep i'll wake up with a killer headache. if i don't get enough sleep i am just fucking tired and want to die. sweet spot for me is like 7 hours.

there's an app i used to use called sleep as android. well, i still use it, but just for the alarm features. it also has a sleep tracker though, that will wake you up within a certain time range that it thinks will be the best time for you to wake up based on your sleep cycle. I stopped using it because the range for me to wake up isn't wide enough to be useful for me. maybe i can start using it again on my days off, though.

wtf dude we had daylight savings time, setting the clock back an hour, on sunday and i didn't even realize it?? wtf happened? i was probably awake when it happened and just didn't register my clock going backwards. someone must have been really quick to change the time on the oven too.
