@appuru i don't know anything about dual booting from the same drive, i've only ever done separate drives. so maybe it's possible something went wrong there?
@Terry liquid crooks xD
@Mr_NutterButter apparently this is the wrong guy though?

@appuru it was windows 10 i had the problem with. normally you could do a new install of windows while keeping your files but that didn't work for me.
my thought is that something caused the install to corrupt in such a way that there's no coming back from it. even a system restore point didn't save me.
if you have any way of booting into another operating system then you should still be able to access all of your files on that drive. even just using another computer to make a portable linux flash drive and then copying your files over somewhere else would work. but there's a good chance you need a new windows install.
@appuru you could try booting into recovery mode and trying to the repair tools in there, but none of them worked for me.
@Mr_NutterButter well yeah you'd hope so if he's wearing a shirt like that
@appuru you're the third person i've seen in the past few days have issues, including myself. pc just didn't boot up one day, had to do a clean install.
@Mr_NutterButter maybe he was born with it. maybe it's maybelline.
