@TheTeka @PurpCat @radians it didn't get hacked, it just went down for a while because the server finally passed away. they had been hosting it for free for quite some time because even though the server provider shut down all the stuff was still running, probably another company took over and just didn't wipe it quite yet or something. at least i'm pretty sure that's how the story goes. but yeah there's an archive.org entry for all of it.

now, though, it's up and running again just fine on a new server and there are a few people attempting to build a new version of the site but who knows if that will ever come to fruition.

@creamqueen idk why but stuff like this really restores my faith in humanity. it's just so pure.

i've got the biggest love hate relationship with this game ever. man it can be so peak sometimes but other times it's an absolute slog. we're over 5 years in and it still feels like we're still in the beginning stage of the story 😭
