@beardalaxy I found the first game quite fun even solo.
I only played the introductory sequence so far so I can't say much, but what I can definitely say that the game got a lot slower and that the movement feels a bit more janky. Aiden seems to have trouble picking where exactly to grab onto or when you are dropping down close to a wall he has a tendency to grab onto it. Also now he automatically goes over small obstacles which makes the movement smoother, but the camera does this weird leaping motion.
Combat seems more fun, but the corpses, gibs and decals disappear quite quickly.
I'm also not sure how I feel about their choice to massively cripple your stamina so that you can barely climb a one story.
In terms of performance I cranked it up to max and on my 2070S the introductory sequence hovered around 40FPS at 1080p with DLSS Quality and entering the bazaar it tanked to 20FPS, so I'm going to play around with the settings based on what Alex so I get over 60FPS.

@dwaltiz
I never considered Dying Light slavjank.
It might not be as polished as your average interactive boat sex movie experience, but it ran well, still looks great and the gameplay is fun. Maybe the grappling hook could be considered jank as it completely breaks the movement.
Although the second game feels in some ways more jank than the first.

I have just watched Martin Rota's video on 1984.

That guy is totally sold out. He's willing to turn every argument on it's head and just uses bad faith argumentation.

He literaly said, that the fact, that people are complaining about the totalitarianism getting implemented means that it's not getting implemented. :pepeFacepalm:

@xyfdi I'm going to. Semester hasn't even started yet so there's plenty of time.

The racial slur of the day is Jew Killer.

It is used to refer to Germans.

Deep lore: Reference to the Holocaust.

@sjw @graf Because only true connoisseurs make and enjoy it :kappa:
