The friend zone concept is nothing more than men wanting to play the victim.
A woman can set the smallest boundary, or simply say “no” to a man about anything and he will use this as proof of being “friend zoned”. Women are expected to just submit to any and every desire of men because they do not see us as human.
Men will say that it’s pointless to even try to be friends with a woman because then they are told they are being manipulative by attempting to be a friend with a woman first when they really just want sex. Nope, dudes, this isn’t how it works. Pretending to be a friend in order to get sex is not the same thing as being a true friend to a woman and then possibly maybe having it develop into more if things are right. In hindsight we can see you were never actually a friend to us.
Anymore I’m convinced that the vast majority of men do not know how to be a friend to a woman. You cannot be a true friend to someone you see as lesser.
