Yeah. Regulating big tech like public utility is just going to ensure their monopoly status and big tech already works with the government and various surveillance programs among other things. In fact, it's possible that some of these firms were created by the government itself. Look up LifeLog, a CIA project meant to catalog the daily lives of people via an online journal and it was cancelled the same day that Facebook launched.

So called "National Anarchists" exist and they basically want racially/culturally/religiously homogeneous communes, but last time I checked, the movement seems to be dead.
I do think left libertarians should start their own communes as long as it's 100% voluntary.
