@sylveon @Galena @mewmew There are a lot of factors. Minimizing pollution increases land value, renewable energy/resources can be cheaper in many cases, less restrictions on researching and developing alternative energy sources, being eco-friendly is a good PR move, among other things.
Really, many of our environmental problems come from the state enforces laws and taxes that override property rights, and governments subsidizing businesses that cause the most environmental damage which makes it hard for alternatives to gain a foothold in the market.
@khm Enough fucking around. Time to fork the Linux kernel NOW!
@rok0 If I ever have kids, I would only take them to grocery stores that don't sell toys or any other kid stuff so they won't start screaming if they see something they can't have. This won't guarantee that they won't start fits, but it helps.
I also heard about parents getting kicked out of stores because their kids are too loud. I guess that might be another reason why they leave their kids in cars. It's still not an excuse though.
@rok0
>why do people leave children in cars in the summer time?
Parents don't want to be embarrassed by their screaming children and nobody trusts baby-sitters anymore.
@coolboymew So now we know why Koopa Troopa was not in that game.
@coolboymew @Moon Apparently, the whole idea of having 52 games in one came from a bootleg Famicom multi-cart from Taiwan of all things.
@matrix Yandere Simulator: The Indie Duke Nukem Forever.
@zemichi So apparently, Latinx representation only includes Mestizos and not Hispanic whites.
@noyoushutthefuckupdad @boob 2ch is a textboard though. It's been rebranded into 5ch. I heard that Hiroshima was datamining users before Jim Watkins took over and I guess they are uncomfortable with an American running the site.
@boob @noyoushutthefuckupdad It seems like every imageboard owner cucks out at some point.
@noyoushutthefuckupdad Even 8kun (the rebranded 8chan) bans loli now.
@sjw@neckbeard.xyz Also, you should also consider adding OpenNIC support.
