@gabriel @hazlin Even if that is a joke, it is for some, though not as bad as the examples that you and I pointed out.
I know a lot of people who were on board with the idea of a decentralized social network, and wanted to try the fediverse out, but ended up quitting due to "culture shock" as the culture is nothing like Twitter, at least in most corners here, so you got a few that insist that the place will never catch on.
Unfortunately, when it comes to decentralized networks like this, the culture is completely unpredictable and most likely won't be the same way as you intended it.

@gabriel I have a lot:
* The Rebol Programming Language
* Twtxt
* ZeroNet
* Beaker Browser - Used version control which might have been better than ZeroNet's Bittorrent solution
* OpenBazaar
* OpenNIC
* JSON Feed
* Gittorrent
* MHTML
* XHTML 2
* XHTML Modularization
* PirateBoxes
* Texti - Interesting web host that hosted simple web pages; not websites, web pages
* Various attempts at network gaming for consoles (GameLine, Sega Channel, Satellaview, etc)
* The Dreamcast VMU - Sega actually had plans to create enhanced versions that acted like pocket computers with MP3 functionality among other things
* TempleOS - I would like to think it would've been something more if the dev didn't go schizo
@icedquinn I forgot that RoseArt existed.

How to Play Videos in HDR on Linux for a Home Theater
This is a post I really should have gotten up earlier as some of the techniques in it are already outdated with newer versions of mpv and mesa. Still, I felt it was important to document some of this, and I'll probably do a followup with the newer methods later this summer.

It has baked lighting with normal mapping, specular shading (at the end), and of course bloom. The beautiful song was made by @noby with guitar performed by https://soundcloud.com/sou_andrade
@daphailwhale Are you recreating the Zelda 1 map with the BS Zelda tileset?
