And man, fuck Sora. Kingdom Heart is such an unholy mess of a series. The gameplay is fun ... but then everything else barely belongs in it. The story is an unholy complicated mess for no reasons. I don't think I've ever dropped a game like KH2 because the story pissed me off. But there's just such an insane narrative dissonance going on in this game. You've got a crazy complex story to the level of something smarter, but the dialogue is stupid as fuck, and then there's an even more puzzling contrast with it all when you go into like, fucking Jungle Book world with Mogli or meet goddamn Winnie the Pooh????
